Sacramento failed us. They passed SB4, a little over a week ago.
This Friday, Mark Nechodom, the director of California’s Department of Conservation, along with the head of the Western States Petroleum Association will be at a Chamber of Commerce Forum on “Powering California’s Economy in the 21st Century.”
With SB 4, the dangerous bill that will green light fracking in California, headed to Governor Brown’s desk, we need to put pressure on top officials in his administration to tell him to veto SB 4 and ban fracking now.
The head of the DOC reports directly to and takes his marching orders from Jerry Brown. Brown needs to listen to the people not Big Oil.
Bring signs that say: Ban Fracking Now, Veto SB4, Ban Fracking in CA, Ban Fracking in Los Angeles, Ban Fracking in Ventura etc.
