Deconstructing The Deep State

9/11 miliary excercises, cynthia mckinney interview, the deep state budget, truth 9/11 still coming out

Former Representative Cynthia McKinney talks about the Deep State she encountered when she was in Washington.

Interview starts off with video of Cynthia McKinney questioning Rumsfeld on the fact that over 3 trillion dollars are missing in 1999 (2.3 trillion) and in 2000 (1.1 trillion). She also asks about the fact that there were 4 war games going on at the same time that 9/11 incident occurred.

Then Randy Maugans and Emily Moyer interview former Congresswoman and 2008 Green Party US Presidential Candidate, Cynthia  McKinney to look inside the dark workings of the military-industrial-intelligence complex. She was a vocal critic of the government’s response to Hurricane Katrina, introduced legislation to release documents related to the murders of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Tupac Shakur. She was also the first Member of Congress to file articles of impeachment against George W. Bush; during her terms, she voted against every war-funding bill put before her.

In 2008, Cynthia McKinney won the Green Party nomination and ran for U.S. President. Today, from Bangladesh (where she is living now), McKinney continues to speak out, despite the harassment and reprisals that followed her bold inquiries into the actions of high ranking politicians, military officers, powerful defense contractors, and her own colleagues.

12 years after leaving Congress, she is now being vindicated as the crimes of criminal theft, human trafficking, and sweetheart deals with military contractors all emerge.; She say that we are at a critical mass of people waking up. — FROM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7hrD49x9VY

Military Budget Voted on This Week

congress voting on military budget, house debating military budget may 2014, house debating NDAA, military budget 2014, NDAA update information, vote on military budget 2014, when does congress vote on military budget

ActionEvery year Congress has two chances to reduce Pentagon waste — through appropriations bills and then through authorization bills.

This week (May 19) the U.S. House of Representatives will be debating and voting on the military budget for FY 2015 in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

This week is a crucial time for your voice to be heard.  Congressional aides say that the volume of calls on an issue makes the difference.  Your call matters.

ISSUES TO ADDRESS AT THIS TIME

•Drones:  Reps. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Walter Jones (R-NC) are co-sponsoring H.R. 4372 (Targeted Lethal Force Transparency Act) that would require an annual report detailing casualties from drone strikes, and a retroactive report on the last five years. Tell your Representative why you want them to co-sponsor and vote for this amendment.

•Ending the 2001 Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF): Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA) has introduced a bipartisan bill (H.R. 4608) to repeal the 2001 Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF, which is the legal underpinning of the Afghanistan War but has also been used to justify the drone war, mass surveillance, Guantanamo and nearly every other abuse of the past decade plus of war.  Tell your Representative why you want them to co-sponsor and vote for this amendment.

•Afghanistan:  Reps. Jim McGovern (D-MA) and Walter Jones (R-NC) are expected to offer an amendment requiring an up or down vote in Congress for any US military mission in Afghanistan after 2014. Tell your Representative why you want them to co-sponsor and vote for this amendment.

•Iran:  There are likely to be amendments undermining diplomacy with Iran and pushing for military response.  We need to be alert to oppose such amendments when they are proposed.  Tell your Representative why you want them to oppose this amendment.

HOW TO PRESSURE CONGRESS

•Send an email or call the local office of your Representative.

•For more impact, call your Representative’s DC office.  Ask for the Legislative Aide for Military Affairs.  Express your concern about the issue at hand and ask that your Representative vote in specific ways.

•For the most impact, call the local Congressional office and ask for a brief meeting with the Member of Congress. The Congressperson should be in the district at least once a month.

States stand up to prevent Feds utilizing rights they are not given.

The Tenth Amendment (Amendment X) to the United States Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights, was ratified on December 15, 1791.[1] The Tenth Amendment states the Constitution’s principle of federalism by providing that powers not granted to the federal government by the Constitution, nor prohibited to the States, are reserved to the States or the people.

10th Amendment Resolution (send to your Senators and Representatives): WHEREAS, all power not delegated by the people to government is retained; and ….
This Resolution shall serve as a Notice and Demand to the federal government to cease and desist any and all activities outside the scope of their constitutionally-delegated powers; and, it be further …

Spying and the Defense Budget

2013 defense budget, big brother clamp down, defense budget, devil in the details, funding war, H.R. 2397, HR 2397, keep calm, nsa spying, spying on americans, what do we spend money on, what happened to america

dd395-NSA-site

• The spying and fear mongering continue. It is reported by EFF (Electroni Frontier Foundation) that there was a closed vote by Congress defeating an amendment that sought to curtail NSA Surveillance. It was part of the Defense Appropriations bill (budget for the department of defense – NSA is part of this). https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2013/07/close-vote-congress-shamefully-defeats-amash-amendment-which-sought-curtail-nsa

The bi-partisan Amendment: H.R. 2397
http://rules.house.gov/bill/hr-2397
(100- at the top of the Amendment list) stated:
“Ends authority for the blanket collection of records under the Patriot Act. Bars the NSA and other agencies from using Section 215 of the Patriot Act to collect records, including telephone call records, that pertain to persons who are not subject to an investigation under Section 215.” http://rules.house.gov/bill/hr-2397

The vote was 205 to 217.

We could not find the “withdrawn” statement regarding H.R. 2397 (100- at the top of the Amendment list). But the online doc date is older than the EFF report.
*If anyone finds it would you comment on this post below?

Interesting details on Defense Budget spending for those who aren’t afraid to recognize the devil in the details: http://rules.house.gov/bill/hr-2397
*Click Amendments on the left to view.
Note: if you go down the list (or do a search for “withdrawn”) you can see some very interesting items that were withdrawn including an amendment that would have banned force feeding inmates at Guantanamo Bay (103 version 1), stopping aid to Syria, reducing aid to Egypt and other amendments that would have made a difference in stopping the on-going violence in the world and keep our freedoms free.

• You probably heard that some of the Feds had told Web companies to turn over passwords. http://news.cnet.com/8301-13578_3-57595529-38/feds-tell-web-firms-to-turn-over-user-account-passwords/

Groups are starting lawsuits against this un-american action of robotical databasing everything. We are not robots, this is not a robotical slave world. Geez. https://www.eff.org/press/releases/unitarian-church-gun-groups-join-eff-sue-nsa-over-illegal-surveillance

What to do in times like these? Say cool.
DON’T fall into the anger stream (for anything). Create a better reality by creating better moments. Connect with people and smile. It’s all about the frequency. Get your creativity out. Now is the time. Rock it. The creative power of the universe cannot be squashed into a box of black and white. BE!
